Joba Chamberlain Does Not Care Where He Pitches…
by Anthony Amobi
Joba is a good sport. In light of Hank Steinbrenner’s comments the other day, the burly right handed hurler is ready to pitch where he’s needed.
I told them from the get-go whatever they want me to do,” Joba Chamberlain said Tuesday. “If it is starting, yes. If it’s staying in the bullpen. … I’m fine, too.”
He’ll be fine wherever he ends up. I personally think he’ll be in the rotation by mid-year, and the thing is he may be the best Yankee pitcher on the staff right now.
